Financial Sector Conglomerate
In addition to conducting reinsurance business activities, the ultimate beneficial owner of the Salim Group’s financial sector business group has also designated Inare as the parent company of the financial conglomerate (Financial Holding Company). This designation meets the requirements set forth in applicable laws and regulations, as stated in a copy of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Board of Commissioners’ Decision No. KEP-3/KS.1/2026 dated January 13, 2026.
The Salim Financial Conglomerate consists of various financial services sectors, including insurance, banking, financing institutions, capital markets, and pension funds.
