Firdaus Djaelani
PRESIDENT COMMISSIONER
Firdaus spent more than 36 years in Government Sectors, including 25 years at Ministry of Finance, 6 years at Indonesia DIC and 5 years at Financial Services Authority (OJK). He also had experience as Board of Director at Export Insurance Coy, Independent Commissioner at PT Indonesia Reasuransi (Persero), Independent Commissioner at TuguRe, Independent Commissioner at MAG Insurance and Independent Commissioner at PFI Mega Life. Currently He also Independent Commissioner at ACA Insurance and President Commissioner at Penjaminan Ulang Indonesia (PUI).
YUDA WIRAWAN
COMMISSIONER
Yuda started his career in 2001 in the banking industry and had a professional career in the insurance industry for almost 9 years. Currently, Yuda is the Marketing Director of PT Central Asia Financial.
He graduated from Gunadarma University majoring in Information Technology.

BENNY PURNOMO
INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONER
Benny started his career in 1989. Building up his career in the banking industry. He used to work for Bank BCA, Bank NISP, Bank Mutiara, Bank MNC Internasional and Bank Ina Perdana. Benny is also active in education; he has been a lecturer at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia since 2003, he is also active as a facilitator for risk management refreshment and other forums.
He graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia majoring in Economics and then continued his study in Master of Management at the same university.
Has fulfilled the requirements as Independent Commissioner according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority number KEP-846/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021.

HARIANTO SOLICHIN
PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
Harianto started his career in 1985 with an insurance company and has been in the insurance industry for more than 35 years. Building up his career in the financial services industry, including life insurance, P & C insurance, pension fund, and investment banking.
He graduated from the University of Toronto as a Specialist in Actuarial Science and continued his Master degree at the same University majoring in Economics & Statistics.
Has fulfilled the requirements as President Director according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-847/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021.
dr DESSY KUSUMAYATI
DIRECTOR - LIFE & HEALTH BUSINESS
Dessy started her professional career in 2002 with ACE-INA, a general insurance company, and has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. She has been building up her career mainly in the operational side of the insurance industry. Prior to joining Inare, Dessy was an Operational Director in JAGADIRI (PT Central Asia Financial), a digital insurance company.
Graduated from the Medical School of UPN Veteran Jakarta, she holds the qualification of AAAIJ (Ajun Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Jiwa) and AAK (Ahli Asuransi Kesehatan).
Has fulfilled the requirements as a Director according to the results of the fit and proper test listed in the Copy of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the financial services Authority number KEP-855/NB.11/2021 dated 20 December 2021.
ERLAN RISDIYANTO
DIRECTOR - PROPERTY & CASUALTY BUSINESS
Erlan Risdiyanto graduated from the Universitas Nasional, Jakarta majoring in Management. In 2000, he then started his first career as Junior Underwriter at PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia (Nasional Re). Having spent more than 20 years, his final position in Nasional Re as Operation Director. In June 2022, he joints Inare as Director of Property and Casualty Business.

MEIGI
DIRECTOR - FINANCIAL & IT
Meigi started her professional career in 2002 and having a professional career in the insurance industry for 8 years. She has been building up her career in the area of finance, tax, and accounting. Prior to joining Inare, Meigi was a Head of Finance, Accounting, and Procurement in a technology company.
She graduated from Bung Hatta University in 2002 majoring in Accounting.

BENNY HADIWIBOWO
DIRECTOR - TECHNICAL
Benny started his career in 2000 with an insurance company and has been in the industry for more than 20 years. He has been building up his career in the area of actuary, finance, underwriting, risk management, and data analysis. Prior to joining Inare, Benny was a Chief Actuary in PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth).
He graduated from Universitas Indonesia majoring in Mathematics and then continued his study for a Master of Management in Finance at Universitas Pelita Harapan. He also graduated from Doctoral Program majoring in Economics from Universitas Gunadarma.

KEVIN TJOA
HEAD OF PROPERTY & CASUALTY BUSINESS
He graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia majoring in Economics and then continued his study in Master of Management at the same university.
His experiences vary from an insurance broker, insurance company, reinsurance company, and reinsurance broker. Now, he joins Inare – a newly established reinsurance company, to oversee all general insurance business.
ZULHAMDI RAHMAN
HEAD OF LIFE & HEALTH BUSINESS
Hamdi started his professional career in 2008 with a life insurance company. He has expertise in product and underwriting for life & health insurance with more than 14 years of experience since he joined the industry.
He graduated from the University of Indonesia with a Diploma Degree of Actuary & Bachelor of Business Administration. Qualified as Ahli Asuransi Indonesia Jiwa (AAIJ) from AAMAI & Risk Management Analyst (QRMA) from LSP MKS, he also joined as a member of the board of PERUJI (Perkumpulan Underwriter Jiwa Indonesia).
MEYLINA SUNDARI
HEAD OF ACTUARIAL & UNDERWRITING
Meylina started her professional career in 2000 as an actuary in life insurance company. Within over 20 years experience of working as actuaries, she experts on valuation and pricing area for life insurance company; and has involved in reinsurance calculation and administration for life insurance product. Now she joins Inare as Head of Actuarial & Underwriting Division.
She took diploma Degree of Actuarial Program from BPLK. She then graduated her Bachelor’s Degree from the At-Tahiriyah University with a major in Economics. She then further her Master’s Degree as Actuarial Management from The University of Indonesia.
NUNKI NAUTISIA
HEAD OF CLAIM & RETROCESSION
She Graduated from Trisakti University majoring in Civil engineering and then continued her further Master’s Degree from Gadjah Mada University majoring in of Asset Management & Property Appraisal.
She started her career as civil engineer then she found her interest in Insurance industry as she joined one of BUMN insurance back in 2000. She experts in General insurance underwriting & reinsurance, claim handling, and financial insurance. Now she joins Inare as head of Claim & Retrocession division.
Riyogarta L. Pratikto
HEAD OF IT
Riyogarta currently serves as the Head of IT at PT Indoperkasa Suksesjaya Reasuransi (Inare), where he leads the formulation and implementation of technology strategies to support the company’s core business objectives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering from Budi Luhur University. His professional experience spans the reinsurance and education sectors, providing him with a wealth of knowledge in managing the complexity of information systems across various institutional environments.
Prior to joining Inare, Riyogarta held the position of Head of Information & Communication Technology at a Reinsurance Company and served as an IT Consultant at an Educational Foundation. His core expertise is focused on three strategic areas: effective Information System Management, the initiation of innovative Application Development, and the execution of IT Infrastructure Transformation to ensure modern and robust operational capabilities.
Sigit Pamungkas
HEAD OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Reasuransi (Inare), a strategic role overseeing the company's financial operations,
accounting, tax, and investment management. He has a solid background in
accounting, holding a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting from Universitas
Persada Indonesia YAI, and subsequently completing the Accounting Profession
Program from Universitas Trisakti. His core competencies are focused on Financial
Reporting, Taxation, and Consolidation.
Previously, Sigit was experienced working at a Public Accounting Firm for 8 years, and
was held the position of Head Accounting and Tax at several Insurance Companies,
which he was responsible for monitoring the team's accounting processes and preparing
accurate monthly and annual financial statements for management, shareholders, and
Regulators. His consistent experience in the financial services industry demonstrates his
expertise in managing internal controls, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance
with regulatory requirements.
